At MCoBeauty, we want you to love your luxe-for-less products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the product is faulty.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your unused products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, then drop it off at any authorized post location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
